After doing a detox cleanse many people experience a lift in brain fog, clearer focus & concentration, better sleep, more vibrant energy, improved health and a feeling of vibrancy in every cell in their body. These detox plans are designed to detox different organs and systems in the body and to flush toxins out of the body while rejuvenating your body with super high nutrition. It's important to follow the detox plans, recipes and suggestions as laid out to achieve this, including the recommended amount of water, herb teas, etc. You can however interchange recipes throughout the week if you wish or if there's a recipe you don't like change it for another one. It's also important to buy organic foods and ingredients as much as possible for your detox cleanse. You shouldn't experience any hunger in between meals but if you do feel free to enjoy any of the recommended snacks included in the plans.

It's recommended to have a juicer for this detox cleanse, but if you don't have one it's possible to use a high speed blender to make the juices. To do so, chop up all ingredients in the juice recipe and put in blender, adding enough water to get the blender going. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Pour through a strainer or nut milk bag to strain the pulp out, pressing the pulp to remove as much of the juice as possible.

You can start with the 7 day detox or do the full 14 day cleanse. If you're new to doing detox cleanses, you may want to start with the 7 day detox first and gradually build up to the 14 day plan. You should repeat your detox cleanses over time, to cleanse out all toxins and rejuvenate your body back to health. This can be accomplished with a detox cleanse once a month or once every couple months. It's recommended to do a good cleanse at least 2 - 4 times a year as a maintenance. All this depends on how much and how quickly you want to rejuvenate your body back to vibrant health!

Click on each day of your plan to find the meal plans and recipes for that day. You can print them out for easy access. These are yours to keep and use anytime you want and however many times you want!

If you have any detox symptoms during your cleanse, remember it's just a sign that your body is doing what you want it to - to release and cleanse out harmful toxins from your body. A list of detox symptoms and how to handle them is covered more in Module 1. Many people do not experience any detox symptoms at all. This does not mean you are not detoxing! Some people have mild detox symptoms which can be a normal part of a detox cleanse, including occasionally pre-existing conditions getting a little worse as toxins are released, before they get better or clear up all together! (ex: such as skin conditions). Many people have had their health issues clear up completely and created vibrant health & energy by repeating the detox cleanses and rejuvenating their body and cells back to health with high nutrition! If you start to have any severe detox symptoms such as severe headaches or severe fatigue (this is rare), this is a sign that your body is releasing a lot of toxins all at once. Be sure to drink more water to help flush these toxins out, hydration is the key, rest as needed and these symptoms should clear up in 12 - 48 hours. If they don't, stay on your detox cleanse and try adding some cooked foods to your diet for a few days such as cooked soups or add more healthy fats, just don't include anything from the foods you eliminated from your diet in the pre detox phase. If you find it absolutely necessary to have a break from your detox cleanse, don't just abruptly stop your detox cleanse, follow the post detox plan to gently go back to your previous diet.
