Congratulations you did it!!  You completed your 7 day detox cleanse!  YEAH!

If you are doing a 14 day detox you can skip this post detox plan and go straight to day 8.

For your 7 day post detox plan, you will be gradually adding back into your diet the foods you eliminated in the 7 day pre detox plan.  So once you have finished your detox cleanse, for the 7 days immediately following your cleanse you will gradually add back into your diet, (if you choose to include these in your diet):

  • dairy products, milk, cheese, butter, sour cream, eggs

  • animal protein, meat, chicken, fish, sea food

  • grains, rice, legumes, beans

  • wheat, gluten, pasta, bread

  • more cooked foods

  • coffee, black, white or green tea

However once you experience how much different and better you feel after your detox cleanse, you may find that you are not wanting to add things like dairy products, animal protein, wheat, gluten or caffeine back into your diet!
