Before starting your detox, it's important to follow this pre detox plan that will help to minimize detox symptoms and maximize your detox results.  So one week before you plan to start your detox, follow this 7 day pre detox plan and gradually eliminate these foods each day from your diet that will limit the effectiveness of your detox.  

7 Day Pre Detox Plan - Gradually Eliminate These Foods:

​

  • processed, packaged or junk food (anything in a box, can or wrap)

  • animal protein - meat, chicken, fish, eggs

  • fried foods, alcohol

  • dairy products - milk, butter, cheese, sour cream, ice cream

  • gluten, wheat, bread, pasta

  • sugar, artificial sweeteners, sweets, baked goods

  • all caffeine, coffee, black, white or green tea, soft drinks, etc.

 

Throughout these 7 days gradually increase your amount of fresh fruit, cooked and fresh vegetables, raw vegetables & salads, herb teas, kombucha, kefir water, mineral water, filtered water in your diet.
